Employers' Liability Trigger Litigation Appeal - The Court of Appeal are due to hand down this long awaited decision on 8th October 2010. This appeal has ben descibed recently as potentially the most important test case in the history of asbestos litigation. Tim Smith represents one of the respondents to the Appeal and will be posting a copy of the Judgement and a Note as to its effect on the Deans Court website on Friday 8th October 2010.
