Areas of Practice Criminal and health, safety and regulatory work at the highest level. Stuart Denney’s practice is substantially defence based but including Crown work as Grade 4 Prosecutor and for Government Departments (Attorney General’s A list). He has significant experience in civil work (years 1982-1995) and has undertaken civil and criminal health and safety work for over 15 years. He has a further speciality in Tribunal work, arising from alleged professional and sporting misconduct.

Stuart Denney has wide experience of all areas of criminal practice, including many cases of murder and designated and other serious frauds.
