Areas of Practice Criminal and health, safety and regulatory work at the highest level. Stuart Denney’s practice is substantially defence based but including Crown work as Grade 4 Prosecutor and for Government Departments (Attorney General’s A list). He has significant experience in civil work (years 1982-1995) and has undertaken civil and criminal health and safety work for over 15 years. He has a further speciality in Tribunal work, arising from alleged professional and sporting misconduct.
