Inquests - representing insured, public sector bodies (Local Authorities, HealthCare Trusts) and private limited companies. Extensive experience of inquests conducted with a jury and inquests in which Article 2 has been found to be engaged (including death in custody). Has also received instructions to advise HM Coroner on disclosure.
