Sarah J Booth interviewed by BBC Radio 4 - File on 4 - Memory on Trial

Sarah J Booth of Deans Court Chambers has recently been interviewed by the BBC for their award winnning current affairs documentary series, File on 4, on BBC Radio 4. The broadcast, Memory On Trial, looks at historic abuse cases, the issues regarding the accuracy of long term memories, and whether this could lead to injustice.

Miss Booth is criminal practitioner, with extensive prosecution and defence experience as a junior and led-junior in offences of violence, up to and including manslaughter and murder; serious sexual offences particularly child sex offences, historic rape and gang rape; all aspects of financial crime, with significant experience of money laundering and fraud; people trafficking; drug importation, production and supply; firearms and serious crime in general
