Miss Rosalind Emsley-Smith successfully prosecuted Tameside used car salesman for Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 offences. The director of the company received a suspended sentence of imprisonment. Miss Emsley-Smith prosecutes and defends Consumer Protection cases.
