The Deans Court Licensing team are among the leading licensing lawyers nationally. Specialising in public entertainment licensing and public transportation licensing the team regularly accepts instructions from police, local authorities, licence holders, breweries and entertainment companies. The team can respond at short notice to hearings folllowing the service of Closure Notices and appeals to the Crown Court of potentially costly decisions to keep premises closed pending review hearings.
The team act at every level from hearings before the licensing committee through to the divisonal court and in doing so are able to deliver continuity of representation.
