Members of the team are experienced in prosecuting and defending the full range of Health & Safety offences.  Also members are regularly instructed to advise on compliance with leglislation and at all stages of the investigation and prosecution process.

We have particular experience and expertise relating to construction, welfare and health care, rail, agriculture, retail and waste management offences.

We believe that we are part of a team acting in the best interests of the client.
