Environmental
Members are experienced in dealing with environmental matters concerning; water contamination, discharge of effluents, landfill and waste-disposal to name but a few. We are regularly instructed by waste management companies and by both utility authorities and local authorities to prosecute and defend. Also members have experience in defending cases brought about by the Environment Agency.
Several members both lecture on and have completed the Masters Programme on Health & Safety and Environmental Law at Salford University. One member of the team was in fact the founding Chair of the UK Environmental Law Association.
